1. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with applicable Belgian and European legislation, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days, without providing any reason.

This period begins on the day you, or a third party designated by you, receive the goods.

2. Returns and Condition of Goods

Items must be returned within 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal.

We kindly ask that all products are returned:

• In their original packaging
• In unused condition
• With all accompanying materials

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the product.

Returns for which the sender cannot be identified may be refused.

3. Refunds

Upon valid withdrawal, you are entitled to a full refund of the purchase amount, excluding standard delivery costs.

Client will be asked to choose between a gift voucher (same purchase amount) or reimbursement. Discounted items (on sales) won’t be reimburse. Client will get a ‘gift voucher’ with same purchase amount to use during 1 year on our webshop.

We will process the refund within 14 days after receiving the returned goods or proof that they have been sent back.

4. Return Costs

The direct cost of returning the goods is borne by the customer, unless stated otherwise.

5. Return Shipment

We recommend returning items using a tracked and insured shipping method, as you remain responsible for the goods until they are received by us.

We cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

6. Exclusions

The right of withdrawal may not apply to:

• Custom-made or personalized items
• Products that are sealed and not suitable for return for hygiene reasons once unsealed

Where applicable, such exclusions will be clearly indicated at the time of purchase.
