Shipping & Delivery

At SdP Joyas BV, we are committed to ensuring that your order is delivered with care, precision, and efficiency.

1. Order Fulfilment

We will deliver the products as specified in your order confirmation.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all delivery and billing information provided is accurate and complete. We cannot be held responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete information.

2. Delivery times

Orders are prepared with the utmost care and are dispatched via our logistics partner.

Shipments are typically collected by the carrier once per week, on Wednesdays, with delivery expected on the following working day (Thursday) for destinations within the Benelux region.

During particularly busy periods, such as sales or holiday seasons, we may increase shipment frequency by arranging additional drop-offs to ensure timely delivery.

All delivery timelines are provided for guidance and remain indicative.

3. Availability

Should an item be temporarily unavailable, you will be informed promptly and provided with an updated delivery timeframe.

If the revised delivery timing does not meet your expectations, you may choose to:

  • Cancel your order and receive a full refund, or
  • Select an alternative product

Any price differences will be adjusted accordingly.

4. Delays

If we anticipate that delivery cannot be completed within the indicated timeframe, we will inform you before the expected delivery date.

If delivery is not completed within an additional reasonable period, you have the right to cancel your order and receive a full refund.

5. Transfer of Risk

The risk of loss or damage passes to you at the moment the goods are delivered to the address specified in your order.

6. Courier Services

Deliveries are carried out by carefully selected logistics partners.

While we oversee each shipment with attention, we cannot be held liable for delays caused by third-party carriers, except where required under applicable law.
