1. Orders
Orders may be placed via our website by completing the checkout process and confirming your purchase.
Once your order is submitted, you will receive an order number for reference. Your order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected items in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
We reserve the right to accept or decline any order.
Upon acceptance, you will receive a confirmation email. This confirmation signifies the formation of a binding agreement.
Should we be unable to accept your order, we will inform you promptly using the contact details provided.
2. Availability and Order Integrity
Our collections are offered subject to availability.
In the unlikely event that an item becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, you will be informed without delay and offered the choice between:
- A full refund, or
- An alternative product
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in the following circumstances:
- Payment irregularities or failure to complete payment
- Suspected misuse, fraud, or unauthorized activity
- Previous breaches of our Terms and Conditions
3. Pricing
All prices are expressed in euros (EUR) and include VAT, unless stated otherwise.
Shipping costs and any additional charges are clearly indicated during the checkout process.
Prices are valid at the time of purchase. While we reserve the right to adjust prices, such changes will never affect confirmed orders.
4. Payment

Orders are processed and dispatched only after full payment has been received.
Until full payment is completed, all products remain the property of SdP Joyas BV.
